Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Ireland.

Shipping rates — Canada
- Standard Shipping: $12 CAD
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 CAD and up
- Express Shipping: $20 CAD

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are dependant of the carriers and the destinations. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress every step of the way.

Customs & import duties
For orders shipped outside of Canada, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
